At km 40.3 of Highway 60, follow the Rock Lake Road (gravel) south for 8 kilometres to the Rock Lake Campground. Just past the campground office immediately turn right and continue 150 metres to the access point on the Madawaska River between Whitefish and Rock Lakes.
