Special Art Exhibit: Algonquin Through a Lens, The Spirit of Algonquin, and Rooted In Algonquin

View the Algonquin Park related works of Chris McQuarrie, David Kerr, and Debbie Whatling in the Algonquin Room at the Algonquin Park Visitor Centre until September 30, 2020. Over the course of a given year, the Visitor Centre’s Algonquin Room presents different exhibitions of Algonquin Park themed art by area artists. The art is available for sale and a portion of each sale is dedicated to The Friends of Algonquin Park who, in turn, use these monies to enhance the educational and interpretive programs in Algonquin. Stop by to view some exciting work, and maybe meet the artist, too!

This special exhibit is open the same operating dates and hours as the Algonquin Park Visitor Centre. Check the Events Calendar for specific dates and times.

Algonquin Through a Lens - Wildlife photographer, Chris McQuarrie's, tribute to the Algonquin wilderness and the feelings evoked by its natural beauty.

The Spirit of Algonquin - This show by David Kerr is about capturing the beauty of nature in the water, rocks and skies of Algonquin. The paintings selected for this show represent special places in the park David has journeyed to and held in awe.

Rooted In Algonquin - Debbie Whatling presents a collection of vibrant interpretations from the trails and shores of Algonquin.
