Merchandise eligible for a return or exchange must be in good saleable condition and originally purchased at The Friends of Algonquin Park retail store locations or online at www.algonquinpark.com. Any altered products are considered as final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.
For your convenience, online returns can be made at FOAP store at the Visitor Centre or through the mail. When returning items to the store, a receipt is required. When returning items by mail, please supply the original receipt with a brief explanation for the return. Please note that for regular refunds and exchanges, the original shipping costs are not refundable. For mail exchanges, please note that a shipping fee will be charged for the delivery of the new item requested. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via Canada Post. Returns with an original sales receipt
For returns or exchanges postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date, a refund or exchange will be issued in the original form of payment. For returns, please supply your original receipt with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. For exchanges, please supply your original receipt and indicate the replacement item that you would like to receive. Please note that for exchanges, a shipping fee will be charged for the delivery of the new item requested. Items must be in good saleable condition.
Gift cards may be redeemed for merchandise only at www.algonquinpark.com or Algonquin Visitor Centre.
The Friends of Algonquin Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards and merchandise credits. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
